About us

Inspired by the dusty border towns and the spicy and smoky flavors of Texas, we headed north to Seattle with the dream of bringing our favorite Tex-Mex dishes to the PNW. From our mesquite-smoked meats to the exposed brick of our almost 80-year-old building, we aim to pay homage to the Lone Star State and all of its south-of-the-border influences.
